Cancellation and Refund Policy for Wish2C Tours and Shuttles

Single Day Tours

Cancellation Period

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before the tour date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour date.

Multi-Package Tours

Cancellation Fees

  • A standard 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.

Refund Schedule

  • 30 to 90 days before booking date: 30% cancellation fee.
  • 14 to 29 days before booking date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • 8 to 13 days before booking date: 80% cancellation fee.
  • 7 days or less before booking date: No refund.

Safari Packages

Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation fee for Safari Packages is determined by the policies of the third-party providers involved. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
